My name is Krista. I'm a researcher, educator, and organizer. I am currently a PhD student at Harvard University, where I am studying education through the lens of cultural and organizational sociology. Previously I worked as a fifth grade classroom teacher at High Tech Elementary Chula Vista, a Title I PBL school in San Diego, California. I traveled to Accra, Ghana with the Witness Tree Institute in July 2022 as part of my journey to understand teaching and learning across cultural contexts.
